@Martyson, I will try and do all that next weekend. When I state "but it acts the same as if I had VOR/ILS1 selected", that's exactly what I mean. If the nav is set to VOR/ILS1, that will not track a waypoint, which is correct because in VOR/ILS1 the nav should only track tuned VOR or ILS ...

Oh, I forgot to mention. After updating to the most current version of P3D, the glideslope works fine for me when on an ILS approach.

I see what you mean that I do not have the most current version. When I log into my P3D account, I have the 5.3.17.28160 version available. Is this the same as v5.3, HF2 that you are referring to?

I'll confirm. The GPS DOES NOT WORK. It will not track a flight plan, nor will it track a direct route. I've tested the AC-130, C-130J, HC-130, and the KC-130, none of them will track the GPS.
