I have successfully generated a 2D Texture using the PDK, when I try to use that as the background of a Window via the "Texture=" it does not appear transparent and the Window cannot be moved. If BGRA was enabled it would allow us to get a D2D Context from the D3D device which would allow for really efficient 2D gauges, I've found a workaround but its less efficient.
