I have this same issue with latest Prepard3d v5.4. This comes as previously said here, when there is heavy rains.

I purchased few years ago EnvShade, that changes lot of how p3d looks like. I suggest you purchase that addon, it makes lot of good changes for P3D by default and you can also change lot of things to make P3D the way you like it.

You should purchase Imaginesim sceneries straight from simmarket, at least they have these sceneries on their own server. If i want to remove default airport boundaries, like CVX i use SbuilderX, works well in latest version of P3D. So i suggest you download and use latest version of Sbuilder.

I have corrected my p3d sun and moon size in suneffect.cfg

I went back to P3d v4.5hf3, glad i have both sims on my computer, i think i start use p3d v5 after this DXGI error is gone.
I have 8700K, RTX 2070 8gb with 16gb memory, sim installed to samsung ssd drive. Let's hope LM finds solution for this ATC issue.

Hi, after i checked this issue, i also have this type problem. First i tested this in some Imaginesim airport addons, and then in couple default airports, they both have this issue, so there is something that makes ATC problem, dont know what.

Most of this type issues are not all P3d problems, addon scenery with different buggy non-default AFcad files can make a lot of harm for P3D ATC. I have made my own fixes for these issues, by using ADE.
