Re: Massive FPS Drop When Accessing External Apps
Will give that a try. I noticed, the drop happens when I go back from windowed to fullscreen so maybe that will fix the issue.

Re: Massive FPS Drop When Accessing External Apps
Sorry, should have clarified that. The external app I was referring to was the Q400 control panel. I have also seen the same problem at Orbx's YBBN (new version). I always fly in full screen. Only go to windowed to access an external app. Seems to happen on any external app tied to the sim. Load man...

Massive FPS Drop When Accessing External Apps
Recently updated to the latest hotfix. I have noticed, when accessing external apps, my FPS will go from 25-30 down to 1-5 FPS. Tried this on a couple different aircraft, Majestic Q400 and the TFDI 717. When I go to windowed mode to use the load manager, the FPS tanks. Only way to fix the issue is a...

Re: P3D and Windows11
Currently working with the developers on PFPX. It crashes every 10 min or so, waiting to hear back from them on the next suggestions as nothing so far has worked. The Q400 needed a new install and that fixed the problem.

Re: P3D 5.2 multiple issues after install
Guess I didn't have KFLL uninstalled, but still did not fix the issue. Will try the debugging and report back.

Re: P3D 5.2 multiple issues after install
No, once I updated the access engine and got rid of the old one, the error went away but it never gets to the start up menu, just goes to running in the background process. (There is a brief flash of building the database for new scenery files) Prior to that, before the access engine update, it woul...

Re: P3D V5 crash at startup after Nvidia driver update
Yep, I stupidly made the mistake of updating to the 466.11 driver and now it won't let me roll it back.

Re: P3D V5 crash at startup after Nvidia driver update
Here is the latest instructions I got from Nvidia to try. Have not had time to go through this all, but figured I would share if anyone wanted to try it in the meantime. Rolling back the driver definitely fixes the issue in the meantime if you can't get yours to work. From Nvidia Please uninstall al...
