Oh, sorry, yes....it is going into reverse thrust both inside and out. I misunderstood what you were saying. Reverse thrust is certainly working just can't hear it.

Yes. I experimented in both P3D Sound and PMDG internal sound. All other sounds were present. I have never had the issue before so I thought maybe reverse thrust sound had been quieted by design. It must be in my system if no others have experienced this issue.

I meant reinstall of PMDG.

It is missing from both interior and exterior.
In 4.5 the sound of the reverser was very prominent and you could hear it very well both inside and out.

It must be something within my own system that will require more troubleshooting.

Would a reinstall be recommended?

The thrust reverse sound is missing or very very quiet in the NGXu and my new install of 5.1 HF1. I have tried all adjustments within the sim and the plane. It was very evident in v4.5.
