Re-activation of P3Dv3

Postby 72westy » Fri May 18, 2018 10:40 am

Sent an e-mail on the 16th regarding my activation issue and haven't had a reply.

I had a GPU fail on me that corrupted my OS requiring me to do a clean OS install. Lost everything.

Hello Magnum346

Did you first Uninstall Prepar3D before you reinstalled Windows 10 ? This step is required to release the Prepar3D license

If you need an additional activation, Please e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com with a very brief explanation of the reason you need your license reactivated, along with your license ID and invoice number, and we will be happy to get you squared away in under two business days

Hi Elaine

Thank you for your answer.

Windows has uninstalled automatically all my programs before his reinstall.

I simultaneously sent to this post an email to licensing@prepar3d.com with datas.

I'm looking forward to my activation back.

Best regards
PF
