The Prepar3D v5 application crash when using SimConnect_BeginVideoStream

The list of fixes for version 5.4 list it as fixed. I haven't tested V5.4 yet.

Just took a while to get the fix, looking at the start of this thread it was first reported in Aug 2021 and V5.4 was released in May 2023.
