Error When I open Prepar3d

When I push on Prepar3d.exe for run it, I see this message and prepar3d don't open:





The MSXML6 component is not installed. Please download and install MSXML6 from Microsoft.





I install it but nothing happen!!!





Can you help me?! Please!

OH....I have win 7 64 bit...
