So I started to get this issue after installing some ORBX Products. (ORBX Base, Vector, Buildings HD and TerraFlorav2) After noticing this issue, I uninstalled all the addons I just downloaded and it still would not open. I updated all drivers and windows update. I have completely uninstalled my sim and re downloaded it and STILL wont open. Below is a photo of the error I get when I try to open P3DV5
