Hi
Never had problem with prosim737 ......I was use always Prosim with P3D V4 without problems......
I don’t know what to think
I use PMDG aircraft but I cannot use them until they are updated for P3Dv5.

Has Prosim737 been updated for P3Dv5?

Have you contacted Prosim737 support with you error information?

Hi
ntdll.dll is Windows error.......Prosim737 is already update for P3D V5........also two friends have my some problem....P3D V5 go in crash suddenly.......I think is a bag of P3D
You are,as far as I can tell, the only pilot reporting a problem.

How many pilots are using Prosim737 for P3Dv5 without any problems?

Edit:
I seen on Prosim forum:
"In terms of compatibility to Prepar3D v5 we have released a beta update today for both products:"

Has the final version of Prosim737 for P3Dv5 been released or is it still in beta testing?

Have you contacted Prosim737 support with you error information?

Hey there once again. I have had an issue today, right after departure.. loading wheel then CTD without any warning. Vram had over 1gb reserve (2,2 of 3,3 usage) This was first departure after i'have installed ORBX Global. First of all i went to User/app data/lockheed.. and deleted the shader folder (this fixed issues for me many times in V4) and you know what? seems to have worked out.. Went back to same airport, same setting, same conditions and same aircraft. Already over an hour airborne without any problems.. its worth to try

Have you by any chance overclocked you processor?
I had CTD's out of nowhere and very irregular.
Then I looked in my CPU settings (8700K) which I overclocked to 5Ghz on all cores.
V5 is using all cores to the max and maybe therefor, the CPU got too stressed.
P3D v4 wasn't using all cores to the max as V5 does so maybe it wasn't a problem then.
So, I kept core 0 on 5Ghz and the rest to 4.8Ghz and since then not CTD yet (fingers crossed).

Cheers,
Ben.

When ever I fly to New destination in long haul flight, after 6 hours my flight simulator just shuts down without any warning ⚠️ I have re-open my flight simulator again and re do the flight then it will work without any crashing. It happens to all the new destination im doing, you know why this is happening? Thank you for taking time to read this.

Chris,

With v. 5 we have a totally new situation.

So we need to know:

1. Your system specs

2. Who made the 777 and 747 aircraft you are using, and if the manufacturer says they are v. 5 compatible (IMPORTANT), and

3. The "Failing module" from Windows Event Viewer.

PMDG777 is not approved for P3Dv5.
How did you get it installed?

Is your default flight the P3D F35 at KRND?

Have you tested with a default P3Dv5 aircraft?

To try to isolate what is causing the CTD
Look in the Windows Event Viewer and get the
Faulting Module Name
example:

Note: do not look for "failing module" you will not find it.

Look for "Faulting Module Name"

@thethatcher,

That error information is pretty old, the time stamp says July 1st, 2020. Don't you have a more recent one?

In addition, we need the following:

System specs

Version of Windows 10 and graphics driver version

From what you provided here, I can only say to google "kernelbase.dll p3d" and follow the advice given. There will be a lot of possible causes and fixes. With more and also more recent information we can narrow it down better.
