Prepar3D V5 Graphics Memory error

Hello, I tried to run Prepar3D V5 for days, totally without success. The simulator opens normally, and every time it finishes loading I get this error message. I tried to make it work by changing a configuration in the simulator's cfg (To remove the menu, the simulator opens already loading directly on the plane and it worked normally. Prepar3D V4 also works normally.
Please help me :c
