My laptop can run p3d v4.5 without any problem ??

MSI GF63 Thin 9RC-468FR
Intel Core i7 - 9750H : 2,6 GHz / Turboboost jusqu'à 4,5 GHz / 12 Mo de mémoire cache
Disque dur 1 To et SSD 128 Go
Mémoire vive 16 Go
NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 avec 4 Go DDR5
Fréquence de balayage : 60 Hz
Windows 10 Famille Version : 64 Bits

Same... the problem is the CPU base clock rate... forget about the "Turbo", the base clock rating of 2.6 GHz is barely enough.

yet on youtube I see it with a less powerful laptop fly on p3d o_O

Hi,

Your gaming laptop will be fine, your cpu gate process quicker than mine, your graphics card is the same.
With all sliders on graphics quality to max, I get frame rates in the mid 40's to low 50's which is ample for smoothness.

I'm guessing your laptop is similar design to mine, on mine you can't increase the ssd beyond 123gb.

Hi,

It will be fine, you can still overload with addon scenery, it's just a matter if you want realistic flight and smoothness or eye candy, depends how you want to use the sim, I don't normally run the graphics settings to max, I did that just to give you some feedback, as long as I've got decent looking airports, cockpit etc the rest is not needed by me.

You must make sure you set the 1050 as your default graphics otherwise it will be awful.
