Display Issues after updating to v4.5

After updating to version 4.5 when I start P3d and load up a plane I am getting streaks of green across the screen that looks like foliage. If I bring up just a view of the interior cockpit with no exterior view the screen is perfectly fine. Here is a list of my hardware

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
3770K @4.4
32g Ram
GeForce 1060 6g
Ezdok v3
Ultimate Traffic Live
FSDT Products

All drivers are current.
