[RESOLVED] does not start

hello. I updated the simulator from 4.4 to version 4.5 and from this update does not start the program, it loads and immediately disappears. I have done everything possible to solve the problem even uninstall and install again but the problem is not solved. please I need your help to solve the problem. Thank you.
components of my computer:
windows 10 pro
graphics card: asus 1080 DDR5X
RAM memory: 24 G
SSD hard disk: 800 G
processor: intel 975 x

Hi . A few days ago send a query because I had a problem starting the program and is already solved as follows: uninstall the client component of the latest version of the simulator and individually download (important) the previous version of the client component, install and open the program and you'll see that the simulator works. Now to return to the latest version, it does the opposite of what we have done before. and simulator running. important to download the client component individually.
