P3Dv4.1 Map view shows only scenery installed in root folder

Running PO3D Pro v4.1.7.22841 on a Win7 platform with some airport add ons (FB KSFO, KIAD; FSDT KIAH,KJFK, LatinVFR KSNA) installed externally (C:\Users\username\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons) per LM and vendor instructions . All runs well, except P3D Map isn't seeing the externally installed addon scenery, only scenery in the P3D root folder. So in the P3dv4 MAP view, localizer headings and frequencies of these external addons correspond to the ten year old data. Is there any way to make the P3D map view show the external add on airport data correctly ?

If you show screenshots of your Map view airports data list screen

for FB: KIAD and FSDT: KJFK

I will see if I have same or not.
