Multi-Channel - Slave - 2d Panel at startup

I am trying to use Slave1 as the flight visuals and Slave2 for a 2d panel, but not finding documentation with details for (slave) .setup or .view for setting up a panel automatically at startup.

Is therer any other docs or has anyone figured this one out yet?

From my experiments 2D panels have to be on the Master

Rats -

Any idea how to create a 2d panel 2nd view on the master at startup (with the 1st view as 90x90 degree cockpit view) , without having to undock and drag windows?
