I am having trouble with 3rd party add on scenery. I add it in the scenery library and after P3D reloads the scenery, it is gone from the library. I have tried several times with no avail. Any help much appreciated.
I am using Windows 10 and P3D v3.4.
Thanks

Re: Add on Scenery
Hello Paul
Just to confirm what the Issue is....
You Click.......
►Add Area ► Browse (Pick your scenery) ► Ok ► Ok ► Ok and Prepar3D now loads your new scenery Yes ? You then go back into your Scenery Library and your new Scenery is not listed there Yes ?
Are you running Prepar3D v3 as administrator ? (Important)
----------------------
Locate and Delete these 3 blue Generated files below, This will not effect any 3rd party Software (Add On's) These files will generate again when you launch Prepar3D
Locate and Delete the 3 blue files
Location: Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► you ► AppData ► Local ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D
Prepar3D_Default.fxml \ Prepar3D_Default.wx
Location: Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Roaming ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v3 UISettings.xml
--------------------
Note: To find these files, Insure the box is Ticked for Show hidden files, folders and drives in File Explorer Options
Launch Prepar3D and test, Let us know how you get on
