P3D V3.5 FREEZES FOR UP TO 10 SECS---

Hello ,

I have just upgraded from P3D V2.5 to V3.5 with a fresh install and I get very frustrating intermitant freezes that can last up to 10 secs.

Today I did a test with the V2.5 version with exactly the same add-ons and high settings as the V3.5 and it runs very smooth, no stutters or freezes.

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get it to run smoothly reinstalling Win, P3D V3.5 and all the add-ons but no improvement. I did all kinds of tests with high and low settings but no improvement.
Changing aircraft does not improve the situation.
As explainend above 2.5 (latest version) has no such issues.

I did a test were I ran V3.5 with the hardware monitor open and noticed that when the P3D freezes the CPU goes to 100% in a flash and stays there until the crisis passes.
Note; I have the weather set to heavy storms with lots of rain and lightning.

Memory use as indicated is at 25% of max.

Set-up;
Intel I7 4970K 4Ghz. , 8 cores, Overclocked at 4.4Ghz with Corsair H100i GTX water cooler running at 40 degrees C.
16Gb Ram
Nvidia Titan 6Gb Ram.
Samsung 500Gb SSD

I have purchased the new version expecting it to run better than V2.5 so I will have to ask for a refund if this is not resolved,
One note; the visuals are much better than V2.5.

Your advise would be appreciated.
