crashe to desktop please help

i am working with prepar3d v4.5 HF2
when i fly by aerosoft airbus320 v1.25
after 10 mins flying game crashed and message popup the device stopped working for the following reason
dxgi_error_device_hung
and from windows message application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware.
i tried to fly the same aircraft from fsx without any problem or crash
i found this error only on prepar3d
i followed all prepar3d forum steps to avoid problem
updated graphic driver
update windows to last version
make all steps without solution
please try to help and make action to solve my problem ..appeciate thank you
my device specs
win10 64bit
core i7700
16g ram
ati tm530 4gb
