Can you adjust VR focal distance

Thanks in advance.

Oculus Rift S in VR instruments are kind of blurry at normal viewing distances. When you move you face close to the F22 hud or L/R consoles the display or markings are crystal clear. The Rift is fully capable of producing a clear image. Is there a way to adjust the focal distance?
