Airport Prestwick: (EGPK) ?

I've had an issue with this airport. When performing a VFR, you can get ATC which directs you via taxiways to the active runway where you are supposed to hold short and contact tower. However upon reaching the runway there's no option to contact ATC to inform them you're waiting to go!

If you choose to ignore this and line up on the runway (still not getting the option to tell ATC you're ready) and then take off, the ATC notices and you get told off for not getting clearance!

Note this has nothing to do with any aircraft landing either. I once had a sim plane in front of me, also waiting short of the runway and nothing happened. I sat there for 10 minutes before giving up and starting a new scenario from a different airport.

Is this an issue with an add-on airport or the default airport? Also, with which runway do you see the issue?
