Hello,
Im from Spain.
Sorry about my English is not so good but Im going to try to explain as well as I can.
I have successfully installed the Prepar3Dv5 Simulator that I purchased today.
After all this day I finally managed to install it.
I have everything on the same hard drive, FSX and Prepa3Dv5.
The problem is that I start the program and the first window appears with the plane on the left and everything, but after 3 seconds it closes.
I don't understand much about computing but the hard drive is almost empty.
Just in case, I attach my team's features, I think there should be no problem.
Sist. Operational: Windows 10 Pro (64bits).
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.4 Ghz (8CPU), 3.7 Ghz.
Memory: 16384MB RAM.
Direct X: 12.
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 Ti.
I would appreciate if you could help me as soon as possible because I don't know what to do.
Thank you,
Prepar3Dv5 starts bit after 3 seconds everything closes.

Does your video card support directx 12?
I had looked up the video card and the spec I seen said DirectX 11?
How much memory does it have (VRAM)?
If you reboot your PC and start P3D again does it fail again?
Also see here, P3D fails to launch:

Re: Prepar3Dv5 starts bit after 3 seconds everything closes.
The card will support DX12, but it has only 1 GB of VRAM, so it will not run P3D v. 5.
