Error code 9101

Error code 9101

Good day,

I just completed a update to 4.5 from 4.4 now trying to activate this I get an error code 9101. Web mail failed to connect to internet. My service works and av/firewall are deactivated. ANy help would be awesome!

Did anyone ever help you on fixing this? I am currently having the same problem on both v4 and v5.
