Hello,
Have you verified that the md5 checksums on your download match those listed on our downloads page?

Re: Setup does not advance in DirectX
Where do I check the md5 checksums in the download? Just know where md5 checksums is located on the download page. Disappointing so much trouble to install such expensive software, should be more ready to be able to worry about what we really aim to fly ....

Hello
Adam,
The md5 checksums of the downloads are all equivalent to the download page.
The DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) fit for windows 10 ??? In Windows 10 already has Directx 12, even so tenhop that install this ???

Hello vagnerern
Can you run the the Component Installers Individually, Client, Content and Scenery, this is also a complete Install
First Insure you disable your Antivirus Software
Navigate to your Prepar3D v4 downloaded folder.....
In this order (Important)
1) Right Click on Install_Client.msi Click Install
2) Right Click and Install_Content.msi Click Install
3) Right Click and Install_Scenery.msi Click Install
When the Install process has completed, Right click on your Prepar3D desktop Icon and run as administrator
