No remaning activations

Hi, first of all i would like to tell you that I can not uninstall my old prepar3D v3 because im installing it for the very first time on a full new pc, and the old prepar3D that i installed its on my broken hard disk.

So after contact with licensing@prepar3d.com they told me to deactivated my old prepar by uninstalling it, but there is not way to do it because i dont have it , its literally impossible so here i am with my new pc waiting to enjoy the amazing experience. Any help, please?
