F22 Using tacpac

Post by Julietbravo52 »

Hi all
I am thinking of purchasing Vrs tacpac
Will the F22 be compatible out the box like their Fa 18 superbug.
I have noticed the hook doesn't seem to animate. Is this anything to do with not having tacpac or a fault or just isn't simulated.
I have academic license
Is tacpac a must have
Thanks

Julietbravo52,

The F-22 provided with Prepar3D is not TacPack ready. Tacpack is a very worthwhile software addon if you want fly military style missions (air to air, air to ground). As you know, FSX@War and CCP are also great free add-on to provide both stationary and moving targets. To use TacPack weapons and features, the aircraft needs to be coded with tacpack.
