Could we get native handling of Rotary Encoders in P3D - so may knobs in the cockpit are of a the rotary type - however - P3D is unable to use any hardware of the same type natively... In order to get this to work - we have to delve into LUA scripting to attempt to capture the rate of change in order to come up with a logical increment that works in the VC... Fast rate of change = large jumps to get around the dial efficiently... I'm sure LM is far better at coming up with solutions for this than I - so please consider addressing this in a future update...
