Changing Saved Flight Date/Time

I would like an option on the scenario screen to set a specific date and time on that screen and have the updated tiome used when loading a saved flight using the load function. Currently, I load the saved flight and then change the World date and time. This requires a second load of the scenery. It would be preferred to have the scenery updated once at load time.
