Ship Motion and Wave Animation

I have been attempting landings on ships in high seas and wind state. There are two problems with this:

1. Ship motion is only in a vertical direction causing aircraft to bounce of the deck.
2. The wave animations have changed in later version of P3D and no longer look as realistic.

Totally agree. Wave animation in P3D v2.0 was quite good. After that they broke it. The way it looks now is hilarious.
The rest of the water has improved slightly since v2.0. I'm still dreaming of the water they have in DCS World, which is quite good.

I have changed some setting and achieved a better wave formation. However, the ship motion needs improving. Some rock and Roll please from the P3D team.
