Cockpit Sharing Transfer Control

The transfer of Control in Cockpit Sharing mode by default is organized by Shift+T. Is there any possibility to share that control to everybody, who I share my cockpit with, without pressing any key and requests? Just for example if we are 2, me and a friend, i want to we all have control of aircraft simultaneously, without any requests. Is that possible?

There must be only ONE pilot in Command...two inputs into a control means chaos..
