Multiplayer On Different Networks

Post by caleb »

Is there a way to have a multiplayer session via the internet instead of the Local Area Connection? As if the people in the multiplayer session are not in the same building or not on the same network connection. Is this possible in Prepar3D v3.4?

Thanks

The multi player sessions ARE via the internet, it only says Local Area Network but you actually have to input your IP address to Host or enter the IP address of a host to connect, IP and LAN addresses are different , IP is issued by your ISP(also called external address) , Lan by your router..(ussually 10.x.x.x or 128.x.x.x) ..and is also called Internal.
