Multiple displays setup ??

How do you set up multiple displays (2) so that one screen is dedicated to the view from the cockpit and the other dedicated to the various control panels (GPS, COMM, etc)? When I have multiple displays enable (extended) and boot P3D, P3D displays as if one displays (1/2 image on one and 1/2 one the other). Only the visual image (the view outside the CP) is split. One screen has the half visual and instrument panel the other, the remaining half of the visual image. I can close the visual image and setup the control panels, but how do I fix the visual image to show the normal field of view on the screen with the IP. Thanks
