Oculus Rift and Charts

I am considering the purchase of an Oculus Rift. How do users handle flight plans, charts, and approach plates? These are important for my style of flying and I suspect that I will need to wait for a future version of P3D that can import PDFs into the virtual world in a way that is reasonably readable.

Also being able to read numbers on the DG and GPS is important to me. Is there still a resolution issue with OR where I would have to do a lot of unnatural repositioning to be able to read them?
