I have an i5-3570K and ATI HD7870 and get decent performance. Your i7 would maybe need a different affinity mask than mine...

All of my settings may be found in a google doc: http://tinyurl.com/p3ygdb7

Cheers, Ray

Hi,

You probably need a better graphics card, those 5450's are bottom end now.

I know the best cards are very expensive you can improve the performance simply by changing GPU's

Regards,

Saul.

How are your sliders set?

Most importantly, did u turn tessellation off? And make sure u don't have a frame rate limit set.
