downloading real weather updates?

Hello, will there be downloading of real time weather in V2??

also, im new to this, if all of these bugs that im experiencing are fixed by Prepar3D, how will we get them, via a version update?? is this something that would be done thru the software or would it be on the website and then downloadable?
