Invoice Issue

I have an invoice for the academic version of PREPARE3D which was purchased some 4 hours ago. The invoice was sent to my email as it should have been. i have my userid and passwaord as assigned on the invoice. However when I click the link to download the software it says I have not purchased the software. Clearly there is an issue in your system. You didn't have any problems hittign my debit card for the payment, why am I having issues getting the product I paid for?
