Our OS was reinstalled and now we are unable to activate. I just read up on how we can initiate a request ahead of time so as to limit downtime, and that's a great idea the next time something like this happens to us. In the meantime, it would be GREATLY appreciated if the license could be activated as soon as humanly possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you but the issue was out of our control. However; I did email the licensing department with the correct information and I'm hoping that the request will be completed as soon as possible.
