Hello,



I had to format my computer where i installed P3D before on last Saturday, so i sent an email on that day

to licensing@prepar3d.com requesting another activation for Academic License.

I sent another email today to licensing@prepar3d.com and support@prepar3d.com, both without answer.

How many time do i need to wait to get another license activation available?

Hi,



I have a problem activating P3D after upgrading my system on install I was unable to activate I sent an e.mail to licensing@prepar3d.com 62 hours ago with my license number and everything required however I still have not recieved a reply.



Can you look someone look into this me? As I am unable to start post in the forums about it for some reason?
