P3DV5 hotfix2 keeps pausing for one second and goes back to normal

After i did the update to HOTFIX 2 i noticed that my p3d pauses for one second like a stutter this happens every 30 seconds in the sim it didnt happen with hotfix 1 it only happened with hotfix 2, also i didnt change any settings.
pc specs:
intel i5 9400F
1TB HDD
250GB SSD
16GB RAM
Nvidia RTX 2060

Are you running any Add-ons ?

The problem here is your processor, which has a base clock rate of 2.9 GHz, which is below the minimum required of 3.0 GHz.

my prepar3d do the same and i have a i7 8700k 4,9 ghz

PMDG777 has not been updated for P3Dv5 or P3Dv5HF2.

I'm getting a pause every 1 second too - it's continuous and I'm using the PMDG 744 748 and 738 no AI just VATSIM traffic. Resource monitor show CPU and other resources operating normally and I'm getting over 30FPS on 2K monitor.

Have you tested P3Dv5.1.12.26892 (HF1) with default F-35A at KRND ?

Hi, thanks for response. The pause is intermittant, and usually kicks in after 30 mins or so - it's not every flight. I'm always using VATSIM, Project Fly and I'm almost always using a PIREP system to record my flights with a VA. I'm also using ASN and Navigraph. A person who I fly with regularly, who's much more techie than me, connected remotely to check to see if he knew what was causing the pauses - but nothing at all obvios. My system performance is normal with good FPS too.
Question: Why would I want to test P3Dv5.1.12.26892 (HF1) with default F-35A at KRND? That's not what I want to fly and even if it did work with the default it should still work with PMDG and other supported products?.

Testing the base P3D for a problem is without Add-ons.
Is the problem with P3D or P3D with your Add-ons in use?
If you have e.g., a problem with PMDG in use you could contact PMDG support.
Note:
"other supported products" is the Add-on developer saying it is supported, they have tested and approved their product works with P3D.

Hi, well, that's what we need to ascertain. Please bearing mind that have been flying with P3D versions, with the same addons without issue until this last update. Over 6500 hours since November 2018 so I'm pretty sure it's something to do with P3DV5.1.

I am only asking you to test the default P3D product and screenshots or videos are always welcome.
Question:
Do you expect everyone (including LM Staff) to have the same PC specs, Flight Sim hardware , Add-ons and special usage ( e.g., on-line flying) to test your reported problem?

No.....slightly condescending question......can I confirm...are you actually supporting P3D?
