How can it be that you not answer when a customer needs reactivation, i wrote 4 days ago and have not heard a word from you ?
i have bougth the acedemic version and need to reactivate but no mail from you !!!

Did you get an automated email response from the license department? If so, you can only wait... someone will see this post and reply to you.

Yes i got a automated email response thats says within 2 days, after 2 days i send another one with the problem and picture of the problem, nothing heard from you after 4 days.

Unfortunately it is weekend, also in the US... and there isn't anything I can do, look at the bottom line in my signature
