[RESOLVED] Sim Freezes and then a loud buzz

I recently put in a new graphics card 2060 6GB Geforce RTX and now my system is almost not usable because there is always a problem? I did the Dxdiag and nothing wrong. I thought it was previously caused by not enough memory VRAM. Why cant this sim be simple to use? I dont care about computer technology to a deep degree, I just want to fly the planes and learn about aviation. No there is nothing wrong with the GPU either. Thank you
