Prepar3D exe has stopped working

Hello,
I had used Prepar3D v3 in Windows 7 without problem for 2 years before 2 weeks ago. I had had two errors during flights. After that I installed Windows 10 and reset the system. I had same problems with Windows 10 and finally I returned back Windows 7 and installed everything from begining. I am obtaining same Prepar3D exe has stopped working error too. My error`s definition is like that:

Before installing WIN10 did you uninstall all your Add-ons and Uninstall P3Dv3?

Have you tried the Debugging steps?

Initially thanks for your interest. Affirmative, I am resetting all the system while installing the Windows softwares. Now I am using Windows 7 Professional. I installed everything from the begining.
