P3D freezing in D.T. V. area UK

I have found in v4.4 and v4.5 when I approach the Middlesborough area (Durham Tees Valley)
P3D freezes and stops altogether. All other areas ok. I deleted my add-on scenery and objects
in that area to see if it is any of them causing the problem, but it still occurs in default, strange one ?

I've just done a 5 min flight from Leeds EGNM (my nearest Airport) landing from the west and no problems at all.

What aircraft and direction are you flying.

Hallo Steve, It can happen with any aircraft from any direction when approaching the area
from several miles away, sometimes it will not freeze until I actually land at D.T.V.
As I say it is a strange one.
