error=Failed to load visual effect "fx_strobe"

i keep getting this error log in p3dv4 . the sim just closes during mid flight any help appreciated thanks

Are you seeing this with a specific vehicle/add-on? That effect file may be missing or in the incorrect location. We recommend contacting the developer to help track down the issue.
