faced a OOM

Postby fly309 » Wed Sep 21, 2016 7:20 pm

Hi i was flying a leg from CYEG to CYXX on the PMDG 737NGX i currently have FSglobal2010FTX compatible edition, orbx globe, orbx vector, orbx open LC Canada/Alaska, orbx pacific fords, orbx NRM etc... active sky next and all my flight run super smooth and just as i was landing a OOM error popped up what was different about this error from FSX OOM error was that in FSX once u get error FSX would just shutdown where as this error allowed me to continue my landing but all textures went black and lights went off as it was night flight so how do i get it to not produce that error on my beefy PC.

my computer specs are as follows...
OS windows 10 64-bit
GTX 980ti 6GB of video memory
Intel sky lake i5-6600K CPU@ 3.50GHZ over clocked to 4.2GHZ
16GB of DDR4 ram
maximus hero lll motherboard
1TB SSD (prepar3d installed onto it)

Beefy PC's do not reduce or prevent OOM's....if anything they increase them....
