How to select real-world weather?

The weather menu has options for selecting weather themes and specific weather conditions, but it is not apparent how to select real-world weather downloaded from the web. Can someone enlighten?

There is no ability to download RW weather unless you have an addon weather engine. There are many very good weather engines to choose from.
