help!

Postby Ayataka » Sun Aug 25, 2019 10:51 am

prepar3D crashes into a blackout state
I can't do anything ...
I tried to restart, but it can't start
I installed it again after uninstalling
The blackout condition did not improve

In addition, while repeating this several times
Even using setup.preper3D.exe
During installation, the main folder is not generated
It just comes out when a fatal problem occurs, it does not solve
What should I do?

Hello Ayataka,

Have you tried checking the md5 checksums to ensure they match those listed on our downloads page? You can review this post for more detailed information on downloading/checking the checksums:

www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6313&t=126465

Make sure you are running the installer as an administrator. If you verify that the download worked properly and the install isn't working you should follow this guide:

Hello Ayataka,

To have us assist you further, could you please review this topic and let us know the results from following the troubleshooting steps?

If the issue is determined to be caused by an add-on, you will likely want to reach out to the add-on developer for direct support. If they need any support with development, they should not hesitate to contact us.

Brady
