[RESOLVED] No download content on purchased download

Hi,

I am a current P3D customer 4.1 and im trying to figure out how to update my sim to 4.4.

I tried login in and the page says that "there is no records found for the entered License ID and Password". So what i did was to reset my password and i was able to login on the license portal home.

My license ID is 1106263. I hope you can help me.

Hello Francis

Welcome to the Prepar3D Forum.

When you purchased Prepar3D you would of received an email Invoice with your Customer Account password Included. Its this password and the email address you used to purchased Prepar3D are the credentials needed to sign into your Prepar3D Account.

If you search your email account using the search bar, Type this into the search bar Overseas Lockheed Martin and check that way for the Invoice.

Enter these details into the "CUSTOMER ACCOUNT INFORMATION" box at the link below

Try that and let us know how you get on

Hi sir,

Thanks for replying. Thats my problem before. When i bought the version 4.0 I accidentally made a typo on entering my email. I made a request before if its possible to change the email. I also checked my email and there is no invoice.
