CAN'T LOGIN AND DOWNLOADS

Dear Sir,
I just oederPrepar3D V4 Professional License today. Invoice [Removed] .But when I download software through the License ID and License Activation Password provided by email, the system prompts "Spam prevention filter failed to validate your selections. Please try again. " How can I continue downloading the software I ordered?
