Dear Sir/Madam.
I do not have my Customer ID, or any serial.
I am trying to retrieve my serial for Prepar3d v2.5 and v4.1 as I have lost the login to your website in a computer reboot. I tried using the online feature to retrieve a logon, however I have yet to receive a new way to log on via e-mail as prepar3d.com states. I have also checked the spam filter, without receiving anything from you.
I only have the one e-mail adress, and it's the one I used to try to retrieve my logon details.
I even tried buying a new license, but the site won't let me, as the e-mail adress is already registered with the website.

Hi Håkon,
Did you receive the response to your licensing email or the recovery emails for your licenses? If you don't see them in your spam or junk folders, there may be a problem with the configuration of your email address.

Yes I received both an automated e-mail from support@prepar3ed.com and licensing@prepar3ed.com nothing ended up in my spam filter.
